About OLIVIA romas
Olivia is a Lead Creative Tinker, or Senior Copywriter, at Thinkerbell (#3 agency in the world, 2024 Campaign AOY Award), in Melbourne. With 10+ years’ experience, her agency repertoire includes VICE Media Group and Virtue, Clemenger BBDO, TBWA, Hogarth, Publicis Groupe, McCann and D&AD's New Blood workshop.
Known for her leadership skills, strong conceptual thinking and creative strategy, efficiency and dedicated work ethic and excellent client relations, Liv’s had the privilege of working on clients across APAC; from product launches and branding, to large-scale integrated campaigns and events. She has lead teams across campaigns, pitches and has written creative process and content strategies, for global implementation.
Her creds include a Bachelor of Communications (Advertising) at RMIT, graduating with Distinction. She’s a copywriter by trade, with art direction competency (Adobe), an obsession for detail, accreditation in TikTok marketing and fluency in data-driven-insights. In 2022 Liv was selected for RMIT’s Brand Experience course to round-out her skillset.
Liv volunteers at Loki’s Lodge animal sanctuary, with a focus on rescue and rehabilitation before adoption. After a week of making ads, she insists there's nothing quite as humbling as being knee deep in horse shit. Fun fact: she also rebuilt a vintage caravan called, @enid_thecaravan and took her across Australia. Good times.
